中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)主辦的第九屆“唐厚志大講堂（TANG Lecture）”將于2025年9月16日16時(shí)30分在北京國(guó)貿(mào)大酒店B1中國(guó)宴會(huì)廳（北京市朝陽(yáng)區(qū)建國(guó)門外大街一號(hào)）舉行。

The 9th TANG Lecture organized by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) will be held at 16:30 on 16th September 2025 at the B1 China Ballroom, China World Summit Wing, Beijing (No.1 Jianguomenwai Avenue, Chaoyang District, Beijing).

“唐厚志大講堂”以中國(guó)仲裁事業(yè)的重要奠基人和開(kāi)拓者唐厚志先生的名字命名，旨在弘揚(yáng)仲裁理念、促進(jìn)國(guó)際仲裁文化交流、推動(dòng)國(guó)際仲裁發(fā)展。唐厚志先生一生致力于促進(jìn)中國(guó)仲裁的國(guó)際化發(fā)展，積極推動(dòng)中國(guó)加入《承認(rèn)及執(zhí)行外國(guó)仲裁裁決公約》（即《紐約公約》），大力倡導(dǎo)仲裁與調(diào)解相結(jié)合的東方經(jīng)驗(yàn)，向國(guó)際社會(huì)廣泛宣傳中國(guó)仲裁，參與中國(guó)《仲裁法》的制定，為中國(guó)仲裁法律體系的建立和完善發(fā)揮了重要作用，其為中國(guó)仲裁和國(guó)際仲裁做出的貢獻(xiàn)始終激勵(lì)著中外仲裁人。

The TANG Lecture, named after Mr. Tang Houzhi, the prominent founder and pioneer of China’s arbitration cause, aims to publicize the concept of arbitration, promote cultural exchanges in international arbitration community and encourage the development of international arbitration. Mr. Tang Houzhi has devoted his life to enhancing the internationalization of arbitration in China, actively promoting China’s accession to the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (the New York Convention), advocating the oriental experience of combining arbitration and mediation, and widely publicizing China’s arbitration to the international community. He has also taken part in the formulation of China’s Arbitration Law. Mr. Tang Houzhi played an important role in the establishment and improvement of the legal system of arbitration in China and his contributions to domestic and international arbitration have always inspired the practitioners from home and abroad.

本屆唐厚志大講堂邀請(qǐng)了最高人民法院審判委員會(huì)原委員，中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)原副主任、顧問(wèn)、專家咨詢委員會(huì)主任委員費(fèi)宗祎先生擔(dān)任主講嘉賓；同時(shí)邀請(qǐng)中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)資深仲裁員、法國(guó)巴黎上訴法院律師、美國(guó)喬治城大學(xué)兼職教授、最高人民法院國(guó)際商事專家委員會(huì)委員陶景洲先生，以及中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)資深仲裁員、外交學(xué)院教授、最高人民法院國(guó)際商事專家委員會(huì)委員盧松先生擔(dān)任與談人。中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)副主任兼秘書長(zhǎng)王承杰先生將擔(dān)任本次活動(dòng)主持人。

This year, TANG Lecture is honored to invite Mr. Fei Zongyi, former Member of the Adjudication Committee of the Supreme People’s Court of China, former Vice Chairman, Consultant and Director of the Expert Advisory Committee of CIETAC, to be the keynote speaker. Mr. Tao Jingzhou, Senior Arbitrator of CIETAC, Lawyer at the Paris Court of Appeal, France, Adjunct Professor of Georgetown University, Member of the International Commercial Expert Committee of the Supreme People’s Court of China, and Mr. Lu Song, Senior Arbitrator of CIETAC, Professor of China Foreign Affairs University, Member of the International Commercial Expert Committee of the Supreme People’s Court of China, are invited to be the commentators. Mr. Wang Chengjie, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of CIETAC, will be the moderator of the event. 

“唐厚志大講堂”活動(dòng)繼2017年舉辦以來(lái)，獲得全球各界仲裁同仁的熱烈響應(yīng)，歷屆主講嘉賓包括斯德哥爾摩商會(huì)仲裁院前主席Johan Gernandt先生、香港律政司前司長(zhǎng)鄭若驊女士、國(guó)際商事仲裁理事會(huì)榮譽(yù)主席Donald Donovan先生、中國(guó)人民大學(xué)前常務(wù)副校長(zhǎng)王利明教授、聯(lián)合國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易法委員會(huì)（UNCITRAL）秘書長(zhǎng)Anna JOUBIN-BRET女士、中國(guó)首任WTO上訴機(jī)構(gòu)前法官兼主席張?jiān)骆?、中?guó)人民大學(xué)前副校長(zhǎng)王軼教授、英國(guó)英格蘭和威爾士商事法庭前庭長(zhǎng)兼大法官Sir William Blair等。

Since its launch in 2017, the TANG Lecture has received enthusiastic response from the arbitration community. Previous keynote speakers have included Mr. Johan Gernandt, former Chairman of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Teresa Cheng, former Secretary for Justice of the Government of the Hong Kong SAR, Mr. Donald Donovan, Honorary President of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), Prof. Wang Liming, former Executive Vice President of Renmin University of China, Ms. Anna JOUBIN-BRET, Secretary of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), Ms. Zhang Yuejiao, the first Chinese member and former Chairman of the WTO Appellate Body, Prof. Wang Yi, former Vice President of Renmin University of China, and Sir William Blair, former Judge in charge of the Commercial Court of England and Wales.

“唐厚志大講堂”全程提供中英文同聲傳譯，歡迎仲裁法律界人士、律師、公司法務(wù)、學(xué)者及其他感興趣的朋友參與唐厚志大講堂以及中國(guó)仲裁周的其他系列活動(dòng)，共同參與國(guó)際仲裁交互溝通的盛會(huì)。

The TANG Lecture will be held in English and Chinese with simultaneous interpretation. Arbitration legal professionals, lawyers, in-house counsels, scholars and other interested friends are welcome to join the TANG Lecture and other series of activities of the China Arbitration Week, and jointly participate in the feast of international arbitration communication.
